Hi! I'm a 28 year old teacher. I have gained weight slowly over the last 5-10 years, and want to get back down to reasonable level so I don't have to keep panicking and over-focusing on losing weight every few years or every few months. I want to get back down in the mid 150's and then develop a lifestyle where I'm not gaining but don't have to focus on losing. I love yoga, hiking, biking, reading, eating good food, and teaching my high schoolers.
