Hi, I’m new to this so apologies if I don’t get what I’m meant to be doing!
I’m 59 and have been kidding myself the stone that has crept on over the last 3 years is due to my age, thyroid or some other metabolic condition.
Well it’s not, all blood tests show I’m fine just lazy and developed bad habits with regard to cooking and eating and drinking.
So now it’s down to work, determined to shift that stone ( and maybe a bit more).
155.4 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
