So I'm up about 4kg and I'm feeling very depressed, I feel like I am always binge eating before I realize what I've done its too late, I've been eating stuff I should not have and my calories for the day has been exceeded
146.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
