oh my gosh, I wanted to curl up in a hole all day, too! I am a 47 year-old momma, and I get where you are coming from sooo much. I have been bouncing between fitness and being back at my old weight a few times now in my 40's. I feel like I am getting more pieces of myself back, now that I don't need a sitter to leave the house (my youngest is 10)! And every time I get a little better at equilibrium for a little longer :)!
After that diet start-up "honeymoon" where pounds slide off quickly, it took me 17 days to lose 2 pounds, eating about 1250 calories a day...but it started to move again today, hallelujah! Hang tight, chica, it's March!
