Well that’s me back from two weeks of lying around and eating junk, good holiday, fab tan (fading fast) and not too bad a weight gain....back on track now x
114.9 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
