Well I did it......10k Race for Life, nailed it in 1 hour 9 minutes and surprised myself with how long I can run, it felt good and raised £1125 so far...WILL continue training for the next one 🏃🏽♀️💕

Congratulations, I would struggle to run for 9 minutes - in fact 1 minute 9 seconds is probably much closer to my best. Congrats on the fundraising too.

Well done! I did couch to 5 and then progressed to 10K. I do a run every week now as well as cycling just to keep it up as getting to the 5k level was so hard!
Must burn loads of cals though.
