Started great 2 fasts but Hubby's Birthday on Thursday saw me fall off the sugar wagon big time!!!! Birthday drinks tonight means Sunday hungover, but start the week Monday with a 500 cal fast I'm determined to have a good weeks diet next week!!! But tonight I'm giving myself a break 😁
140.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
