I am being incredibly forgetful lately, and quite apart from the impact that has on everyday life, it is affecting my journals too. I go about and I think here and there that something or other would be good to tell you all in a journal, but then later on when I have a chance to write a journal I can't remember what I was going to share - and can't really even remember anything worth sharing.
I know this is so sad as you all love to hear the weird things that I get up to but I used to go by the idea 'if it is important or special enough you'll remember it' - and I'm not remembering much.
Am recording this little weight gain but I expect I'll lose it quickly.

Look into the benefits of MCT oil. It really does help with memory.

I am also getting forgetful. I am blaming hormones (menopause) and increasing age. I am having to write many things down on my calendar. It can be so frustrating at times. Think I will look at the oil too Kes 🤐

Thanks all - we can be the forgetful club - except we won't remember who the members are, that we are members ourselves, or even that there is a club at all! Kes, thanks for the suggestion about MCT oil, spot on, though I think I'd use coconut oil myself which is apparently similarly beneficial. In my case I think the forgetfulness is more to do with other stressors but I was thinking of adding coconut oil to the diet and this couldn't hurt as an extra incentive.
