I am still putting on weight. I go to Melbourne in a month and I would like to be closer to 90 kilograms than 100 kilograms. Its time to get off my arse and do something about my weight.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
