Right now Im not loving myself a whole lot. which is half the problem. Anyway Im not as big as I used to be but have put on weight. My aim is to lose 40 kg before my sons wedding. Im going to look amazing 😁😁
211.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
