1702 kcal Fat: 59.97g | Prot: 108.16g | Carb: 134.82g.   Breakfast: Pawpaw, Nectarines, Spinach, Cadbury Bournville Cocoa, Woolworths Chia Seeds, Flaxseed Seeds, Woolworths Double Cream Plain Yoghurt. Lunch: Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids in Oil, without Salt, Canned), Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce, Onions, Tomatoes. Dinner: Whole Wheat Macaroni, Lean Minced Beef, Spaghetti Sauce (Dry, Dehydrated). Snacks/Other: Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Safari Nuts, Seeds & Cranberry Trail Mix, Hard-Boiled Egg, Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk. more...
