I have a little under a month to successfully lose 7 pounds. I've been having a rough time being motivated lately, but I believe I can do it. Just gotta stay strong. I just started a new medication, hopefully that will help with my motivation.

You're right, you CAN do it!!! We all believe in you, hun! Whether it's the new medication that helps you, or all of us here (we're glad to help you!), whatever it takes... But most importantly -- believe in yourself. You're an amazing, beautiful woman, and I bet you're far more capable than you give yourself credit for! :)
