All on track and the results speak for itself :)
My weight last week was 108.5kg and today it's 106.7kg so I'm happy with my progress.
I've found that having the ability to indulge and then counter that indulging and achieve weight/fat loss as something very important for my success as it allows me to live life and enjoy it.
