Whew, things are looking a little better today. I can't explain the delayed weight gain yesterday morning but I have learned not to be surprised. Tracking my weight everyday has taught me to expect and accept fluctuations and to focus more on how I'm trending. All that being said, I need to trend a couple of pounds lighter to insure easier maintenance...
