I'm really sure I'm retaining water due to salty foods on Tuesday, sore muscles and I started creatine loading again this week after about a week of not using it. I used heavier weights on Monday and Tuesday so I expected this water retention.
My weight yesterday was 108.4kg so it did drop somewhat but only 0.1kg lower than last week's official weight. Still on track so I'm happy :) I'll weigh myself on Saturday morning and post my unofficial weight on my journal :)
Stay motivated everyone :)

I dont know how familiar you are with gyming and so on, but a loading phase isn't necessary at all like AT ALL it wastes ur creatine and doesn't add much value to your workout....join bodybuilding.com alot of people can help u bunk the myth that loading is necessary

It's these little losses that add up and also remind us to work on sustainable weightloss for the rest of our lives, with or without water retention. :) well done and thanks for all your updates. Entertaining to say the least, at times.

@Ibiza122 funny story - my 1st cycle of creatine was only 2 weeks because it got finished and I never replenish on time. lol. I read so many conflicting stories on whether one should do creatine loading or not so I just decided to take half my recommended dosage of loading phase for 5 days then just continue with 5g a day.
@tigress I love the flexibility I have in my journey and that keeps things so sustainable. I don't mind a bit of weight gain now and then because I know I can take action to try to get a better result next week :)

in the end it up to you bro :) personally I didn't feel a diff when loading and when not loading, the main difference I noticed was when I switched over to a micronized version of creatine.....that really made a diff compared to regular mono-hydrate but thats only because of the absorption rate
