GOAL WEIGHT MILESTONE OBLITERATED!!! Un-freakin-believeable!!! I honestly thought that I just may have overdone it this past week with my non-fast days! Last night I weighed myself out of curiosity and I weighed in at 116kg. You can't explain the relief and excitement of sleeping and waking up to a weight loss of 1.3kg which is 0.5kg less than last week's weigh-in! I'm now at 114.7kg :) My experiment of keeping carbs to a maximum of 30g on Fast Days can now be accepted as a success :) I'm sure I'm doing something right!!!

Now to set my next goal weight of 110kg :D Let's do this!!!
