Salad 🥗, simmered beaf, tofu and veggies 🥕, strawberries 🍓 and blueberries 🫐, nuts 🥜 for dinner
97.2 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
