I was probably too embarrassed to put my weight last week, which was 54,8 👀😂😂 so yeah I’m pleased, it’s a nice drop ☺️
119.7 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
