Weekends are our indulgence moments.
My husband tries not to drink weekday. We also like pastries so that we wait until weekend’s morning. My weight is always up after that.

I saw the Winnie mobil on Friday at Ralph’s. Yay!

100.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
