Unfortunately my direction is cooking right now. I did prep some bone broth and made a vegetable soup to feeeze. Making chili later in week to freeze. But I also made fig jam, using figs from my fig tree...

Diana my weight has been going up and down for past 5 weeks by about 2 pounds. Up nearly a pound one day down half the next couple up again. I have no idea why. 1.8 is ok just dont let it get to 108 pounds right? As if you would. But im trying to stay at no more than 135 so when it gets over 135 im careful that day.
