Woohoo off to an amazing start, just need to stay focused, my holiday was an eye opener to how much of my "go to" holiday clothes no longer fitted...very depressing, 9 months til next holiday and I'm determined this time x
124.8 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
