Winter! Now it's time to get my head back in the game starting from today. Was a well deserved break, I know I will lost it. I have no more excuses.
I overate, indulged in chocolates, oily foods and every night had snacks before the tv.
I'm happy I took a breather. it's okay! because my journey is far from over.
