This week went well and I lost 3 more pounds. As of this week I officially hit my second 10% target. My new %10 target is 225 pounds. My current total is 64 pounds!!!

249.6 lb Lost so far: 63.9 lb. Still to go: 56.6 lb. Diet followed 100%.
