the last week of my meal plan is higher in daily calories, lots of pasta's and bread. stood still for two days when I weigh I was only 100g lighter. BUT.... any progress is progress, no matter how small. Finishing round 2 on Saturday and starting round 3 on Sunday without a cheat day, NO pauses between!
244.3 lb Lost so far: 48.7 lb.    Still to go: 99.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
