I am struggling to juggle life and diet.I am not a meal prep type and trying to keep track of calories when life is constantly going haywire is challenge, to say the least
227.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hang in there, keep some healthy sides/smacks like boiled egg, cottage cheese, rice cakes, plain yoghurt,etc for those crazy days.
