it's fifth day and morning hunger left me in peace. Bowl of salad with cheese topping was too much and snack apple didn't made happy. greed is punishable - two Lindt chocolates are regretted dearly. can't look at food up to late.
not skipping on sleep anymore..... well, I wish.
217.8 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
