Finally gone below my lowest weight of 93.2 by 0.1 Kg!!!.
Started some regular walking exercise early in the mornings before work this week. It was great catching sunrise on a fine winter's morning and looking out to sea with the islands in the gulf and low lying fog. Energised me for the day's work head and allowed me to play some of my favourite music on my IPOD.

Still to go: 6.8 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

i think your morning walks are a great idea too, gets you ready for the day, time out, and you feel so great for working out you're less likely to cheat!!!!!
