It's been......quite awhile. The summer was very slow. I hit my 100lbs and then I got stuck! Not gaining, just maintaining. For months lol.....it was good for me to experience, but now I'm finally back on the losing train :) 107lbs removed and less than 15lbs from my first goal! I set this goal almost 50lbs ago which is pretty crazy for me. I also bumped down into the 180s! Just barely, but I am damn proud of that accomplishment because I NEVER thought I'd ever see this weight. Before Weight Watchers, I had accepted that I would always be the size I was and probably bigger the rest of my life. Boy, am I glad I changed that acceptance. I hope everyone's doing well :)
Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint!
