I’m back on track after faltering for a bit. Blood test have been an eye opener. Started walking daily and hopefully back into a full workout in a coyote weeks. I’m nursing a sprained ankle so I’m going slow and steady. Eating hearty healthy low carb to avoid cholesterol meds and pre-diabetes.
243.6 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
