Weight has stayed the same all weekend. I have eaten healthy just had to big of portions and not enough water. This week I will work on increasing my water intake. Need to get these pounds going down again.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
