Well I weighed myself. Probably a couple pounds are water. What a disaster. Was it worth it to eat all that crap so I could "feel better"? No. Never is. Never will be.
Next time I go somehwere I will bring a large freakin cooler with enough healthy food to feed a damn army. Not doing that again.

thanks everyone! I am back on the horse. Drinking my water so I flush out that hiccup. ;0 I was visiting my brother in prison. It's brutal going in there and very stressful.
