if you believe its the nibbling thats the problem, the the best is to remove completely what you nibble on. what kind of diet are you on ? Chasing Calories ? Have a nice evening :)

I have a similar issue, some weeks I am just so busy that I really don't find the tieme for either exercising or eating properly. I have tried to cook at nights and take lunch with me. I also try to have some stuff in my office that I can eat in case I get desperate.

Nibble on nuts if you can instead. Get rid of the bad stuff in the fridge and pantry, just throw it out or donate what you can. Depending on which diet you're on, maybe you can even nibble on cheese. My snack of choice is shrimp cocktail because of the protein and no carbs, and I make my own low carb cocktail sauce.

Gum. Whenever I feel like munching I chew gum and drink a glass of water. The water sometimes is harder because I have to make myself get up from my desk and when I'm busy it's more difficult to pull myself away. But gum in my drawer seems to have helped.

When I feel the need to snack I simply brush my teeth. Many years ago this is how I stopped smoking, plus my teeth are in great shape.
