To LooseButtons and Wildwest1: Thank you. We love smelt fish. I don’t “Fry “ for our foods. That’s very bad for your health and that cooking method is messed up my kitchen anyway. When I cook smelt fishes, I always use parchment paper. It won’t stick when you cook.
