Yesssss still going down, not recording foods I'm just aware now what contains what and am being careful. I must recommend Acai Berry capsules though, high strength though, twice daily, balances blood sugar levels it seems 😉
155.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
