gained 3 lbs gradually. Stopped adding up calories, snacked a lot, and told myself that keto principles saved me from weight gain but truth is:
1). I stopped taking blood sugar before eating 2). I didn't record all of what I ate 3). I still didn't exercise 4). Basically forgot that intake and outgo are laws of physics that no special way of eating can off set.
But I am determined to get down to 138 and I will, even if losing weight is harder at 79 than it was at 21.
Can be done.
