Second week weigh-in. Saw the doctor a couple of days ago and he said I needed to make sure to get my liquids in. Working on that now. I still feel full all the time...but I'm pushing liquids. Other than that and getting in exercise, I'm doing well. I was out yesterday with my daughter and began to have problems with my hernia, which is still hurting today, so I'm gonna try to work in exercise tomorrow. I'm having difficulty finding the motivation, though, although some members have given me some good advice. Funny thin is that I actually enjoy it, I just hate the fact that I "must" do it, I suppose.
