Mate, I ate a whole bag (600 cals) of pork scratchings at the pub on Saturday, BEFORE the caldo verde! So British food works too! (But also I’ve counted my cals and been super active.) 🤣🤣🥲

Thanks Moopie, pcrav and all for your support. I’ve not been this low since I joined FS in 2013! Probably not since 10 years before that either. My BMI says I have 4kilos more to lose but more importantly my goal trousers say just another inch or so off the tum 😁
