Scale didn't move down for 9 days...it stayed around 282 to 284...very discouraging....I did lose some inches....which shows you can't trust the scale. Did an egg day yesterday and was finally down a pound ...🙌 I did the math and should be down 2 to 3 lbs, but... I'm going to keep Ketoing on and not worry about the scale
