So my weight still hasn't changed since that first 5 pound loss. So that's a bit dis-heartening, but I do go to the gym a lot so I'm hoping I've at least gained some muscle mass which would explain why the scales haven't moved. I'm more concerned about "inch loss" than I am about weight loss anyway. That being said, I haven't noticed much of a change in my measurements either... but I'll keep pushing forward as best I can!

With so little to lose, it might take a while to get it off (those last 10 pounds thing can be very true). You are doing great. Measuring yourself can be good and seeing how your clothes fit. Just keep going!

Thanks!!
Actually, my true goal weight is about 130, but I wanted to set myself a somewhat reachable goal first, then when I hit that, set myself my new (and final) goal.
I definitely think measurements are good - muscle weighs more than fat does, so if you're building muscle mass and burning fat, there could end up being no change in the scales but your body is still becoming leaner... I kinda wish this website allowed us to put our measurements in so that I wouldn't have to track it on a piece of paper at home :)
