Lunch: Sprout Salad with Hums and 5% Fage with Matcha (Green Tea) Powder
Dinner: Salad with Chicken (this is from restaurant) and Yama-Imo (Japanese Wild Yam)(no pic)
We ordered same salad from our favorite salad restaurant last night. My husband just ate half of them. I was hungry so much. So I ate mine, then his leftover. I see my weight is up this morning.
