I have to be honest, I didn’t want to put this entry in!! Three meals out in a row (lunch, dinner and breakfast next morning) prob had an impact.
Oh well! On with it all!!
165.6 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
