What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: BP Coffee(no pic)

Lunch: Sea weed salad with Brain Octane, Miso soup with Dried Tofu and Nori

Dinner: Salad with Turkey ham, Natto with Flaxseed Meal and Krill, Stewed Pork Slices and Squashes and Nuts(no pic)
101.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
