A little shift in 14 days. I need to pick a day when I must weigh. I’m choosing Wednesday. I’m used to the fasting now I’m doing 16:8 sometimes I add a few more hours maybe four more depending when do I get home from work. Well I’m happy about this. Didn’t think I’ll stick to the fasting. Also I eat less then 1000 daily. I do get quite hungry while not eating but I always look forward to making that small medium meal in the evening.😊
