Day 4 of my Potato Fast Diet.
336.2 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

What’s a potato fast?

A 2 week Taste bud reset to purge yourself of cravings. 2 weeks all the potato's you want to eat. (Plain, Boiled Baked, Steamed , or raw. No salt, butter, oils, or other condiments) Believe me, you won't eat that many. lol. Black Coffee, Green Tea (unsweetened), or water.

Cook day before and put in refrigerator over night. (Lowers insulin resistance so they don't go straight to sugar.)
