Dreadful!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

920 kcal Fat: 33.51g | Prot: 62.09g | Carb: 88.71g.   Breakfast: celery, Egg, Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), Coffee. Lunch: organic valley 1% milk, lean cuisine turkey and vegetables. Dinner: butter, chia seed, Rice Cakes - Salt Free, low sodium chicken broth, chicken, canned carrots, red chard. Snacks/Other: green tea, Crosse and Blackwell, jicama, shrimp. more...
