I don't sweat anymore I call it my new super power anyway I know now that the weather has a lot do do with burning calories it's been in the upper 80s in the shop and I'm eating the same but losing weight Iv been trying to stay above or at 150lbs I'm 6 foot 2 .....and I'm having a hard time getting enough calories
146.8 lb Lost so far: 88.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1726 kcal Fat: 73.40g | Prot: 114.06g | Carb: 156.16g.   Breakfast: Hard Boiled Eggs, Naked Wild Honey, Tuna Creations Sweet & Spicy, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Mayonnaise. Lunch: Taco or Tostada Salad with Beef, Beans and Cheese in Fried Flour Tortilla. Dinner: Avocados, Spaghetti, Cheese Filled Tortellini, Cooked Rice, Salmon Sashimi, Jana Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna. more...
