Happy Thursday! Good morning everyone, how is everyone? I weighted just know and this was the result of if (256.8), I just wanted to encourage everyone this morning, don't never give up, and the key to losing weight for me is, low carbs, high good fats, protein, portions control, no eating after 6pm and water, I see by doing it that way I'm dropping, to all of us, that have goals, we trying to meet, stay focus, encourage, and avoid all temptations, it can be done, it's mind over matter, have a wonderful blessed day.
