I, of course, fell off the bandwagon in January .... I'd blame it on school but you can't blame it on anything but getting lazy. On Monday I weighed in at 254 but after a day of shakes and then 2 cleansing days, but i'm back down to 246 ... so thats a few steps in the right direction.
I will get this down .. eventually.
