eating more high protein, less carb always works well for me. Big, lean, pork loin filet, 6 oz, and 3 cups salad yielded this low weight. Go figure.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
