Down 2 more lbs. 9 pounds total. Now the weight loss is showing a little in tummy and waist. yay! Fasted all day had taco soup for dinner and was satisfied. Best of luck on our journey toward our goals.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
